Biotechnology is an emerging branch of science, and now
a days, it plays an important role in every field of science. Basically it is an
integrated use of Biochemeistry, Microbiology and Chemical engineering. Genetic
engineering, gene technology, cloning, resistant varieties of plants, tissue culture
vaccine, animals with desired characters are few miracles of Biotechnology.
KCMT is the pioneering institute to start the B.Sc. degree in Biotechnology in Bareilly.
It has well furnished Laboratory with latest equipments. Spacious and airy classrooms
are provided for the students. In order to keep the students and broaden their horizon
regular visits to prestigious biotechnological institutes/organisations and
manufacturing units are also part of this programme.
Eligibility
10+2 with Biological Science with 50% marks.
Admission Process
Direct admission will be done based on personal interview and merit of the students
at 10+2 level.
